- Please arrive at least 15 minutes early; transfers are provided from strategically placed hotels and houses in Dubai City.
- Pick-up from areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request at an extra cost (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
- Sharing times may vary based on traffic conditions and your location.
- Pregnant women and children under the age of two are not permitted in the Glass Boat, and children must always be accompanied by an adult or a Guardian during the activity.
